Biography
Pakpoom Silaphan paints onto reclaimed advertising signs from across South East Asia.
Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Fanta, and Singha emblems become the ground for portraits of the icons who came to define the twentieth century. The result holds Pop Art, consumer history, and personal pilgrimage in the same surface.
